Tirelessly working on recipes, he fine-tunes, trims and simplifies the traditional time-consuming and tedious recipes, to abridged, easy-to-create and simple delicacies for our guests.

Chef Sunder

‘Sunder’ means ‘Beauty’ in Hindi and that is exactly what he brings to our food with his fusion recipes and the special gourmet touch he adds to the traditional fare.
He started his career at the prestigious Taj Group of Hotels, and continues his art of cooking in Barbeque Specialties. If you are looking for innovative recipes be sure to try out his marinated Masala Raan ,Yoghurt and fenugreek marinated chicken Recipes, Tandoori cooked Salmon, and Mutton Boti Recipe.
Chilled Mango Chilli chutney and Ananas Narial ki chutney are his favourite.
